    Cangzhou Kaite Machining Co., Ltd.is a Chinese private enterprise. It has over ten year experience in processing and manufacturing metal stamping parts. The company occupies an area of over 10, 000 square meters, and a constructive area of 3000 square meters. Otherswise, it has a staff of over 80 employees.,. It have 12 managers, and 2 of them are the senior designer, 5 of them are the secondary designer.
The factory have 30 machines including lathe, cutting machine, stamping machine, and we also have the
advanced testing equipment , the incorporate product line, so we can make a perfect product scheme to solve the requirement for the customer.
    The company chiefly orients stamping process and manufacture to the need of the enterprises at home and abroad. It has advanced process machine that were made in china and imported from Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden and Japan, etc, so we have large capacity in production. It is the main item of specialized equipment including laser cutting machines, numerically controlled warping machines, pressing machines, and welding units. Owing to these advanced machines, we can ensure the process of production running smooth from the raw materials to finished products.
    Based on advanced stamping technique, the company applies CAD and intranet to process CNC program and graphics data. It depends on the ERP system to achieve the management informatization for production process, production quality, customer service, etc. Because of these advanced machines and method, we can ensure the design quality and efficiency of production.
    By the advanced testing equipment, for example precision projector, 3D measuring instrument, we can also ensure the high quality of all production.
